I started my herbal education in 1995 with lots of books and a great 3 year apprenticeship in NYC. In 2001 I embarked upon acupuncture school and incorporated eastern herbs into my bevy. With acupuncture, I discovered a wonderful way to help others obtain their health goals in an expedient manner. I hope I can help you with whatever ails you, or just come on in for a seasonal tune-up to maintain your already good health!

On my spare time I enjoy gardening, hiking, biking, and going to our wonderful waterfronts to observe nature.
